Back Cover: A patterned array of microchambers housing colloid particles is fabricated. Microchambers are made of a polyelectrolyte multilayer film and gold nanoparticles incorporated between subsequent stacks of polyelectrolytes. A selected microchamber is addressed with a focused laser beam demonstrating site-specific release of the encapsulated particles. Further details can be found in the article by M. V. Kiryukhin,* S.
