Abstract

The effect of composition, curing temperature and curing agent on the phase separation of a blend containing poly-ethylene-terephalate and diglycidyl-ether of bisphenol A was studied using a small angle light scattering(SALS) technique. The results show a wide compositional range for the spinodal decomposition mechanism and the potential for greater morphology control in this type of blends.
