Abstract

We describe the clinical and electrophysiological features of an elderly woman presenting with persistent clonic twitching of the abdominal muscles that were considered to represent a rare manifestation of epilepsia partialis continua due to a metastatic cortical lesion. © 2004 Movement Disorder Society
