He is fully conscious but bedbound and anarthric with severe generalized rigidity, a resting tremor, and profound bradykinesia. Segment 2.The second video clip was taken 6 months after his discharge from the hospital and shows the extent of his neurological recovery, with a normal gait, and no significant tremor, rigidity, or bradykinesia on examination.
