Abstract

The paraneoplastic amphiphysin+ stiff-person syndrome (SPS) has so far only been described in women with breast adenocarcinoma. Here, we describe the rare case of a female patient with antiamphiphysin+ SPS due to small cell cancer of the lung. © 2006 Movement Disorder Society
