Synchronicity with breathing is documented by making the patient change his breathing rhythm during the film. Segment 2. Clip 2 shows improvement 3 weeks after injection of the toxin. During the clip, the patient is repetitively asked to perform forced in- and expiration maneuvers. The first part of the clip was filmed with the patient lying on an exam couch. The last minute was filmed with the patient standing.
