Reduced arm swing and bradykinesia are evident during walking. Segment 2.Patient after smoking a cigarette. Mild bradykinesia is still evident, but the rigidity and walking are much improved. Brief intermittent, upward deviations of the eyes accompanied by mild retrocollis appear several times during the recorded segment.
