The hypocalcemia was treated, but the infant was noted to have vesico-ureteral reflux and mild ptosis of her left eye with rhythmic blinking during bottle feeding. The eye findings were subsequently diagnosed as Marcus Gunn Jaw-Winking Synkesis. This video presentation has been abbreviated.
