|mds21811.mpg||13715K||Segment 1. Preoperative status. The patient shows marked resting tremor of the head and right hand with a re-emergent postural tremor. There is also bradykinesia on the bilateral arms. Segment 2. Postoperative status (6 days after surgery). The resting tremor is no longer present, and the bradykinesia has markedly improved.|
