Preadipocytes were induced to differentiate with 18β-GA in increasing concentrations (10 and 30 μM) for 8 days. Lipid droplets were stained with Oil Red O on day 8 of 3T3-L1 adipocyte differentiation and examined using light microscopy (A). And then cells were harvested, and the lipid accumulation was measured through a spectrophotometer (B)|
