Abstract
The application of an adequate conformal mapping can considerably simplify the generation of the finite element mesh for some specific types of waveguides. Here we introduce a two-step mapping to simplify the calculation of the propagation characteristics of an eccentric coaxial waveguide. © 1992 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
