Daniel W. Tretter, CPIM, is the operations and systems planning manager at Binney & Smith, Inc. He led the implementation of Binney & Smitb's High Velocity Manufacturing program and is currently the project manager responsible for upgrading the customer service and manufacturing computer systems. He became a Jonah in October 1989.

Abstract
