Jerry L. Harbour, PhD, manages the Robotic and Human Systems Department at the Idaho National Laboratory. He is also the Interim Director for the lab's new Center for Human Performance. Jerry holds a PhD in Applied Behavioral Studies from Oklahoma State University, with a specialized focus in human performance. An international author, Jerry has written The Basics of Performance Measurement, Cycle Time Reduction, and The Process Reengineering Workbook. He is interested in all facets of assessing, measuring, and enhancing performance, especially in critical, high-consequence, technologically complex operational settings.
