Abstract

At a recent meeting of the Michigan International Society for Performance Improvement chapter, we conducted an informal pilot survey and secured responses to a brief set of questions from the emerging and seasoned talent who attended the meeting. This anniversary edition of Performance Improvement is an excellent and timely forum for reporting the results and engaging in a continuing and fruitful discussion about our future as performance improvement practitioners.
