Abstract

In Part 2, the authors explore the work of the performance architect at the work/process/practice level. They include a Time and Motion Workflow Chart to capture the steps in a task during the observation phase of analysis and discuss how to interpret the findings. In Part 1 of a four-part series, the authors described the work of the performance architect at the worker/individual/team level and shared the performance map, a visual and diagnostic model used to focus clients on performance issues.
