Retraction: The following article from the journal PROTEOMICS, 'Mitochondria, the missing link between body and soul: Proteomic perspective evidence' by Mohamad Warda and Jin Han, published online on 23 January 2008 in Wiley InterScience (www.interscience.wiley.com), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the journal Editor-in-Chief, Michael J. Dunn and the publisher Wiley-VCH. The retraction has been agreed due a substantial overlap of the content of this article with previously published articles in other journals.
