|pmic7558-sup-0001-FigureS1.tiff||1006K||Figure S1. Cytometric analysis of surface proteins. We used the BD Lyoplate cytometric antibody array to evaluate 242 different surface proteins in MG63 and 3AB-OS cells. We stained and acquired the cells at BD FACSAria III cytometer according to the manufacturer instructions (see the main text for details). The dot plots of some of the differentially expressed surface proteins (EGFR, CD221, CD49b, CD140b, CD140a) associated with PAK and PTEN pathways are shown. The percentage of positive cells for each antigen in MG63and 3AB-OS is reported. On the top we showed the mouse IgG control used as reference.|
