Supplementary Figure 1. Gene ontology analysis of proteins identified with LC-MS/MS and SEQUEST search. Proteins identified using unfixed and FFPE extracted with heat and pressure were categorized by biological process, using GoMiner gene ontology software.
Supplementary Figure 2. MRM detection of MFG-E8 in FFPE Tissue: three peptides (2+), each with three transitions, were detected in unfixed and FFPE aortas extracted with heart and pressure.
