The phosgene facility has been part of his responsibility since joining the company ten years ago. Educated at Fairfield University, Fairfield, CT., (B.S. Chemistry, 1961) and University of Maryland, College Park, MD., (M.S. Organic Chemistry, 1965; Ph.D. Organic Chemistry, 1967). He is a member of the American Chemical Society, Sigma Xi, and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He is also the Technical Representative for CIBA-GEIGY Corp., on the Phosgene Program Panel, Chemical Manufacturer's Association.
