    • John C. Chaty is a group leader in the Research and Development of the Engineering & Technology Services Division of Union Carbide Corporation. He is currently the manager of their Large-Scale, High-Pressure and Delayed Coker/Hydrotreater pilot plant facilities. He received a B.S.ChE from the University of Alabama in 1957, and a D.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1962. He has been employed by Union Carbide since 1961.
