These are the additional experiments to those shown in Fig. 7. Keratinocyte growth medium was Medium 154CF with human keratinocyte growth supplement (Invitrogen). Embryonic stem cell medium was ESC-SureTM DMEM medium (Applied StemCell). The integrin α6hiCD71hi population was included because it is considered a putative TAC population (Li, A., et al 1998 and Li, A., et al 2004).|
