Two case studies are presented on women who have breastfed after reduction mammoplasty. Varieties of breast hypertrophy are discussed, as well as the surgical techniques employed for breast reduction. Suggestions are made for the antepartal and postpartal management of women who breastfeed after reduction mammoplasty.
