For the last three years, she has been involved in providing AIDS education to professionals working in women's health care settings. Ms. Taylor received her clinical midwifery training and her Masters in Public Health degree in 1981 from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health, Baltimore, Maryland.
