The auxiliary material contains (1) an Excel table that provides the “incremental dynamic melting model” used for the calculations, (2) a postscript file that provides full documentation of the model and provides a detailed description of the Excel table, as well as a discussion and comparison of the incremental dynamic melt model with other models, and (3) a figure that illustrates some of the differences of the dynamic and equilibrium transport model.

Additional file information is provided in README.txt.
