Abstract

The NASA Space Environments and Effects (SEE) Program has relocated from the NASA Langley Research Center to NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. The program develops advanced technologies that lead to the design, development, and operation of Earth-orbiting spacecraft that are ideally suited for the space environment. The program's ultimate goal is to improve the design and development of future spacecraft and reduce the complexity of operations.
