In accordance with federal policy, and by agreement with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory of the California Institute of Technology in making certain of its facilities available to qualified investigators from the academic community. Access will be on a noninterference basis with continuing research programs at the laboratory. These facilities are given below.
