Abstract

During the 2-year period January 1, 1980, through December 31, 1981, the Union's total operations fared quite well. Cumulative revenues were $10,356,500 versus expenses of $10,068,500, generating a $288,000 net increase to the Union's reserve.

In actuality, 1981 was a banner year, since its gain from total operations amounted to $422,600, more than offsetting the loss of $134,600 encountered in 1980 operations. It presented a great start against the $1,000,000 5-year goal established by the Council.
