Summary

The completion of observations on the Secor equatorial network in March 1970 marked the end of one phase of the satellite geodesy program at the U.S. Army Topographic Command. This paper presents a brief history of the program, an outline of the computational procedures, and a summary and evaluation of some results of preliminary adjustments. Future plans are discussed, and specifications for a final adjustment are considered.
