Diffraction of an electromagnetic plane wave by a perfectly conducting half-plane placed at the interface of two dissimilar dielectric media is considered. The incident direction is assumed oblique to the edge of the screen. The problem is solved exactly by means of the Przeździecki method. Uniform asymptotic solution valid in the optically thinner medium is also given.
