Abstract

The thermodynamics of chemical reactions and biochemical reactions (enzyme-catalysed reactions at specified pH) deals with equilibrium constants K of chemical reactions and apparent equilibrium constants K’ for biochemical reactions, reduction potentials for chemical half-reactions, and apparent reduction potentials for biochemical half-reactions.
