The video focuses on the main surgical procedure and includes the following: (i) port placement; (ii) incision of the posterior bladder neck; (iii) dissection of vas deferens and seminal vesicles; (iv) separation of Denonvillier's fascia; (v) lateral separation of the prostate and nerve sparing; (vi) control of the DVC and dissection of the urethra; (vii) vesico-urethral anastomosis with a novel tension-reduced suture. A 20-F Foley catheter was then introduced by eye into the bladder. A bladder fistula drain was exited via the same skin incision.
