TIMELESS is overexpressed in lung cancer and its expression correlates with poor patient survival. Cancer Sci 2013; 104: 171–177. This article has been published on Early View on January 7, 2013.

On page 174, values of survival rates were incorrectly switched.

“Five-year survival rates for high TIM and low TIM expression groups were 79.2% and 50.2%, respectively.” should be corrected to:

“Five-year survival rates for high TIM and low TIM expression groups were 50.2% and 79.2%, respectively.”

The authors apologize for this error and any confusion it may have caused.
