In Volume 79 issue 2 of Clinical Endocrinology, it is mentioned that the patients from a family with FMTC and RET Y791F mutation have a ‘double mutation’ C634Y/Y791F. Therefore, instead of 2 families with C634Y RET mutation, there should have been 3 families.
