Video S1 (00:00:00–00:00:20 s). A first examination of conjugate horizontal eye movements (right–left–right) showed lateral left eye gaze limitation, then a convergence spasm of the right eye mimicking right abducens paresis.

Video S2 (00:00:21–00:00:31 s). Further examination of conjugate horizontal eye movements (left–right–left) revealed temporal inconsistency with a normal range of lateral eyes excursion.

Video S3 (00:00:32–00:00:43 s). Examination of conjugate vertical eye movements (down–up) revealed upward gaze palsy associated with convergence spasm of the right eye.
