Before analyzing a video file, MOVE offers the definition of a ROI in order to directly remove noise that could be caused by, e.g. swinging electrophysiology cables (here from top) or simply a superimposed recording time. By decreasing the total amount of analyzed pixels the ROI application (a – original video scene; b – ROI) additionally increases the overall processing speed.
