Figure S1. Detection of inflammatory cytokines in the serum of mice treated with donor-specific transfusion (DST) + MR1 + lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Blood was isolated from KB5 synchimeric mice treated with DST + MR1 and DST + MR1 + LPS for 8 hr. Serum isolated from blood was used for analysis for various cytokines using BD CBA inflammatory cytokine array as described in the Materials and methods. The amounts of various cytokines (pg/ml) detected in the serum in the treated groups are shown. Each dot represents an individual mouse in each of the respective groups.

Figure S2. Panel A and B show the specific comparison of apoptotic profile of KB5 alloreactive T cells in donor-specific transfusion (DST) + MR1 and DST + MR1 + lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -treated groups relative to the untreated groups, respectively. The heat maps show magnitude of Log2 (fold change) between the groups and the layout below shows the fold regulation of genes.

Figure S3. Shows the specific comparison of apoptotic profile of KB5 alloreactive T cells in donor-specific transfusion (DST) + MR1 and DST + MR1 + lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -treated groups. The heat maps show magnitude of Log2 (fold change) between the groups and the layout below shows the fold regulation of genes.
