Figure S1 Clinical course of leg edema and changes of general examinations. (a) There was no apparent association between leg edema and liver functions. Only fasting glycemic level was shown. (b) There was no decrease of renal functions when the leg edema appeared. (c) There was neither significant oliguria nor marked bodyweight gain when the leg edema appeared.
