(a) Following short term treatment with Wnt inhibitor Quercetin, suppressed CD34+ cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. Using CFSE analysis we see that following 5 days culture, 51% of cells in control cultures had undergone less than five divisions whereas after treatment with 10 mm Quercetin, this percentage increased to 87%, meaning that the majority of cells were not actively proliferating when Wnt is inhibited. (b) After treatment with Wnt inhibitor Quercetin, fold expansion of CD34+ cells in culture dramatically decreased in a dose-dependent manner, *< 0.05 and **< 0.01.
