gcb2677-sup-0004-AnimationS1.pdfapplication/PDF265KAnimation S1. Model output from an example run with parameters set to base sensitivity analysis values in the 95%+1.5 km landscape. The top plot shows the population density in different grid cells: the darkest cells indicate unsuitable environments while all other cells indicate suitable environment; the lighter these cells, the greater the density, with the darkest of these cells indicating a suitable, but empty cell. The middle plot shows the total population summed across the same gradient at different distances along the gradient. The bottom plot shows the total population size over time. Notice how the distribution varies over time as climate varies.
