Summary.  The workshop looked at seven scenarios based on fictional and real-life cases of difficult-to-treat patients with haemophilia A or haemophilia B and inhibitors with the aim of sharing clinical opinion and experience from around the world. Delegate opinions on the best treatment option for each scenario are described together with actual treatment given in real-life cases and its outcome.
