For (C), white arrows again indicate junction fragments with mosquito genomic DNA. All transgenic lines appear to contain only a single insertion, with the exception of line #P3. In this case, the EcoRI digest produced two strong hybridization fragments, whereas the NdeI digest only produced one. Thus, it is not clear if there are one or two insertions in this line.
