Fig. S1 Microarray hybridizations performed for Seasonal (A) and Latitudinal (B) sample analyses.

Table S1 Microarray hybridizations performed for seasonal and latitudinal sample analyses and summary of total number of hybridizations performed for each sample group

Table S2 Results of MAANOVA analysis for Seasonal Comparison with Clone ID, fold change, and expression level of each significantly differentially expressed microarray feature

Table S3 Results of MAANOVA analysis for Latitudinal Comparison with Clone ID, fold change, and expression level of each significantly differentially expressed microarray feature

Table S4 Sequence length and homology search results for the thermal acclimatization dependent gene clusters in Figs  3b and 4b, listed by CloneID.  Cluster_consensus sequence identity for each CloneID was determined by assembly of a 61 440-clone cDNA library that included the 13 824 clone library used to make the microarray in addition to a 47 616-clone normalized cDNA library.  Although there were no microarray features in our study representing consensus sequences 1742_3, 1742_4, or 1742_6, sequence homology is given for all of the sequences from cluster 1742 in order to assess gene homology for this cluster.  Top scoring BLAST hit using both tBLASTx and BLASTx are given.  CloneIDs are hyperlinked to GenBank Accession #s.  Cluster_consensus sequences are archived at the porcelain crab array database (PCAD): http://array.sfsu.edu
