Figure S1 Banding patterns of amplificationproducts with the primer (CAG)5 of representativeisolates of Colletotrichum (Fig. 3). DNA extraction andsubsequent PCR amplification for each isolate was done induplicate. The DNA molecular ladder was 1 kb GeneRuler (Fermentas).The amplification product with the primer (CAG)5 of isolate ALPS11 was included in each gel to ensure consistency of scoring across gels.
