PRTG, Ig superfamily protein closely related to DCC/Neogeninin, is localized on the plasma membrane (magenta, left panel), but intracellular domain of PRTG (PRTG-ICD, magenta, right panel) is preferentially localized in the nucleus (blue DAPI staining) in 293T cells. PRTG may receive proteolytic cleavages, and may be implicated in transcriptional regulation of neural differentiation. See Watanabe and Nakamura pp 167–176
