Figure S1 Box-and-whisker plots of eight microRNAs in HCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Real-time PCR for microRNA quantitation was performed with Taqman microRNA assay. Expression of miRNAs was standardized to RNU48. In these plots, lines within the boxes represent median values; the upper and lower lines of the boxes represent the 25th and 75th percentiles, respectively; and the upper and lower bars outside the boxes represent the 90th and 10th percentiles, respectively. Values beyond these percentiles are defined as outliers and plotted individually.
