Table S1. Number of clones belonging to each OTU in clone libraries from Lakes Pavin, Aydat and Vassivière. BLAST were conducted to obtain the closest relative (accession number) and the % of similarity of the representative clones sequenced. The number of sequence sharing more than 99% identity and grouped together into the same OTU is given for each lake.
