Bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (bmDCs) were treated with monodansylcadaverin (MDC, 100 μM) or chlorpromazine (CPZ, 25 μM), two inhibitors of clathrin-mediated endocytosis, for 30 min prior to addition of 2 μm-latex beads (107). After an incubation period of 30 min, cells were fixed and labelled with an antibody specific for LAMP1 (Alexa-Fluor 568, red). DAPI was used to stain the nuclei (blue). Images are representative of two independent experiments.
