She led the Independent Evaluation of the Bank's 1991 Forest Strategy, a Meta Evaluation of the CGIAR and the first major evaluation of the Bank's Approach to Global Programmes. She was a panel member of the first Independent External Evaluation of FAO, with responsibility for assessing its technical work in 16 separate areas, and served as peer reviewer for the most recent CGIAR Independent External Review. She acts as a consultant for IFAD, the World Bank and various UN agencies, led a recent evaluation of the M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation and frequently serves on Advisory and Assessment Panels and boards of international organisations concerned with quality assurance and performance evaluations of global programmes and partnerships.
