The poor quality demonstrates that we are experimenting with images of reduced quality.

The complete set of measurements is included in the supplementary materials, which we hope to serve as a reference for validating objective and subjective image quality metrics. Although there are several publicly available image quality data sets, they usually provide only aggregated data, which are difficult to use for proper statistical analysis. The supplementary materials can be found at http://pages.bangor.ac.uk/~eesa0c/projects/subjective_metrics/.
