The review article “Some Recent Trends in the Study of Religion and Youth” by Carole M. Cusack, Journal of Religious History Vol. 35, No. 3 (September 2011), pp. 409–418, included reference to the book The Spirit of Generation Y: Young People's Spirituality in a Changing Australia by Michael Mason, Andrew Singleton and Ruth Webber (Mulgrave: John Garratt Publishing, 2007). On page 412, the review stated: “From 2002 to 2006, children at church-run schools were interviewed by the research team, which resulted in 91 face-to-face interviews, 1,619 telephone surveys, and a further round of 26 face-to-face interviews.” This is incorrect and, as stated in the book (pp. 64–68), the interviews and survey drew on the whole youth population and the survey was of a random telephone sample representative of all Australian youth aged 13–24. The author and editors regret and apologise for this error.
